Q: I just took my gate out of the box and noticed there is a gap between the handle and the gate. Is this a defect?
A: This is NOT a defect, it’s just the way your pressure mounted gate looks before it’s installed. Once installed properly, the gate will align and the gap will decrease.
Q: Is it okay to pressure mount my gate at the top of a staircase?
A: When using your gate at the top of stairs, you must use the included wall cups. Refer to your instruction booklet for proper installation. Improperly installing your gate or only using the pressure mount system at the top of stairs could result in the gate becoming unstable or dislodged.
Q: How many extensions can I use on a gate?
A: For our pressure mounted gates, it is strongly recommended that you only use two extensions at a time. If you would like to use more than two extensions, you must use the wall cups that were included with your gate.
Q: Where can I purchase extensions for my Regalo gate?
A: You can purchase extensions right here on the Regalo website. Simply click the extensions tab at the top of this page and choose the proper extension. If you need help deciding what extension you need, or if you don’t see it listed, please call our customer care line at 952-435-1080.
Q: Are additional extensions available for every gate?
A: Unfortunately not. Please refer to our extensions page to see if extensions are available for your gate.
Q: What should I do if my product breaks?
A: Discontinue use immediately. Call our customer care team at 952-435-1080 to see if your product is still under warranty or to order replacement parts.
Q: Are the spindle rods supposed to thread into the holes or slide in?
A: The spindle rods do not thread into the holes. The rods will slide into the holes on the side of your gate. You then spin the knobs on the spindle rods to pressurize your gate.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer a 90 day warranty on all of our products. If your product is damaged, please call our customer care team at 952-435-1080. If you intentionally alter or disfigure you product in any way your warranty is void.
Q: What kind of bed can your bed rails be used on?
A: Bed rails can be used on up to a queen-size mattress. Bed rails must be used with a box spring. Two single bed rails should not be used on the same bed. The Regalo Double Bed Rail does allow two bedrails to be installed on the same bed.
Q: How do you attach the easy diner seat to the metal frame?
A: The metal arms of the frame must slide in through the sewn pocket sleeves that are located under the Velcro straps. Watch our Easy Diner demo video for further installation instructions.
