If Purchased From Regalo Baby:
We offer a 30 day return policy for products with a proof of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team at 952-435-1080 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return form. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
If Not Purchased From Regalo Baby (ex. Amazon, Walmart, etc.):
You must return your product to the place of purchase.
90 Days Limited Warranty:
Please have proof of purchase, model number, batch number, and date of manufacture prepared. If, during the first 90 days after consumer purchase of this item, under reasonable and non-commercial use and conditions of maintenance, it fails while owned by the original purchaser because of the quality of material used or the workmanship of finish and assembly, Regalo International LLC will replace or repair the product at Regalo's option.
