The mix of vegetables and fruit in a baby puree make some turn up their nose. Your little one, just transitioning to solids may find it delightful!

Making your own baby food allows for you to have more control of the ingredients you are feeding to your child. Overall, it is also less expensive. With just a little bit of planning and prep making food can be very efficient.

This carrot, banana, and orange baby puree is a great way to sneak that serving of vegetables into your child's diet. The carrots help to create a smooth puree and add rich color.
