We hope this note finds you and your families safe and well. We care deeply about our customers, and are committed to providing quality safety products and customer care during this time of uncertainty.

We have a responsibility to help slow the spread of COVID-19 and minimize the impact to our communities. We have implemented multiple safety measures for our employees, including shifting to a work from home schedule at our corporate headquarters, placing restrictions on travel, and encouraging employees to take precautionary measures to safeguard their health and others as recommended by the CDC.

Because of our work from home schedule, our customer care team is best reached by email at service@regalo-baby.com.

We are still offering customer care via phone at 1-866-272-5274, but our voicemail option is currently turned off. If you do not reach a team member, please call back or send an email.

Regalo-baby.com remains open. We will continue to be proactive, attentive and fluid in our response to this evolving situation.

Monday-Thursday - 8:00am-5:00pm CST
Friday: 8:00am-2:30pm CST
