Getting your children to eat a serving of spinach is easier when it is perfectly blended with other fruits and vegetables.
Parents are often trying different ways to encourage their children to eat nutritious foods. These three green smoothies have been tested and kid approved, for even the pickiest eaters!
When making smoothies, remember to place the liquid in first and place the frozen fruit in last. This will help make sure everything gets blended just right, with no spinach chunks. :)

Sometimes you have to be subtle when expanding your child’s palate to vegetables. Smoothies are one of the best ways to introduce unfamiliar foods if your child resists trying new foods.
You can mix up the greens by rotating spinach, kale, romaine, swiss chard, and collards. The possibilities are endless once you start blending. Share your family’s favorite smoothie in the comments!
